We are located in the Derbyshire area but also cater for wedding and events all over the UK

​Do you charge extra for travel?
If you are based in the midlands we mostly don’t charge, anything over 80 miles from derby there is a cost, also if you are planning an event 2 days or over then depending on the location you may incur a cost for hotels

​How many Photographers and Videographers work with Innate Photography?
Depending on the size of your wedding or event there could be up to 6 people covering, 2 photographers and 4 videographers.

​How long are the full length videos?
Depending on the length of your event and what went on you could receive a video ranging from 90 to 120 minutes. We always ask you for your input when it comes to music, credits and introductions. If you have any special requests for the video we ask you to let us know in advance so we can create the video as close to your specifications as possible to avoid any miscommunication or confusion.

​Whats your dress code?
We usually wear a smart black uniform.

​Do you take a break during the event?
We usually take a 20 min break during dinner which we take in turns so someone is always working

​Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, if you book multiple days with us, we do offer a discount.

​How early should we book you for our wedding or event?
We prefer our bookings to be made as soon as you know the dates so there are no regrets and so we are well prepared and briefed for the event, but if we have an opening and the team is available then we could be booked up to 3 weeks before the big day.

​What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Cheque, bank transfer and now accept Paypal payments on our website.

​Do you offer a combined videography and photography package?
You can book us according to your needs, for example if you only want photography on day 1 and both photography and videography on day 2 then you are more than welcome to let us know and we can adjust your package price according to what you want
